I offer individual therapy tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Appointments are 50 minutes duration.

Whatever challenge you may be facing, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore what's holding you back and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative and client-centred, grounded in evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) & EMDR.

We’ll work together to find what feels right for you. Some sessions may focus on developing practical tools to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, while others may support deeper healing and self-understanding.

For clients who are interested, there is also space to explore personal values, purpose, or spirituality as part of the therapeutic process.

Whether you're just beginning or continuing your journey, this is a space where your whole self is welcome.
