About Soulful Minds

At Soulful Minds, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy that honours the whole person; mind, body, and spirit.

I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or stuck in old patterns they’re ready to shift. Many of my clients are navigating the impact of trauma, living with ADHD, or identifying as highly sensitive people, in a world that often feels too fast, too loud, or too much.

You might be here because you're tired of just "coping" and are looking for something more meaningful.

Perhaps you're seeking not only practical strategies to feel more calm and in control, but also a deeper sense of connection to yourself, your values, or your spiritual path.

Therapy at Soulful Minds offers a space for both: evidence-based support grounded in psychological science, and the opportunity to explore what brings you peace, clarity, and inner alignment.

My style is gentle, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I won’t rush you or offer quick fixes. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are, with curiosity, care, and respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, and help you reconnect with your inner strength, self-trust, and sense of meaning.

A little about me.

I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist with 14+ years of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges and transitions.

Outside of my work, you’ll often find me out in nature, reading (or listening to) something inspiring, or spending time with my family, including our beloved pets. Like many of the people I work with, I value calm spaces, deep conversations, and the freedom to grow in a way that feels true to who you are.

You're welcome here.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after a break, you're welcome here just as you are. If you’re looking for a space to slow down, breathe, and come home to yourself, I’d love to support you.
