We offer individual therapy tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Sessions are 50 minutes duration.
Whatever challenge you may be facing, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore what's holding you back and begin creating meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and client-centred, grounded in evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Mindfulness-based practices.
We'll work together to find what feels right for you. Some sessions may focus on developing practical tools to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, while others may support deeper healing and self-understanding.
For clients who are interested, there is also space to explore personal values, purpose, or spirituality as part of the therapeutic process.

ADHD Management / Coaching (16+)
As well as therapy Catherine offers ADHD management and coaching sessions for people living with the challenges associated with being neurodivergent. Whether you have been recently diagnosed with ADHD or living with it for years, Coaching sessions can help with the practical and daily challenges of ADHD such as time management, memory, interpersonal or relationship challenges, communication, calming the nervous system, executive functioning supports and helping to regulate your mood and emotions.
