Where Busy Minds Come To Rest.
I adopt a heart-centred approach to therapy. Whilst I do have professional training, I view my role as being a guide and facilitator of healing, rather than someone who has all the answers.
My role is to help you to unlock your own innate capacity for healing + growth.
I am sitting alongside you, assisting you on your journey, not telling you what to do.
My hope is that the space that I create for you, will be a safe place to share what is on your heart and in your mind, a space where you can feel heard, seen and understood, so that whatever needs to come up and be processed and healed will.
Perhaps you are wanting to heal from or overcome something that happened in your past or have some unhelpful habits, patterns or behaviours in the present that you want to change.
Or you’re needing help to manage the challenges of life with ADHD.
I bring a strengths-based approach to therapy, so that we focus not just on the aspects of your experience that are not going well, but also on the aspects of your experience that are good, cultivating your inner resources, helping you to connect more deeply to your values and the bigger picture of who you want to become, and what you want your life to be.
Welcome!
