Assessment Pathways

Which Assessment is right for me?

I offer 4 diagnostic assessment pathways for people seeking formal identification of ADHD and Autism. These are all conducted online via secure videoconferencing.

Due to the high co-occurrence of Autism and ADHD, it is recommended to assess for both at the same time. So, generally my assessment packages include both.

You can choose to just assess one or the other.

ADHD and Autism Assessment + Comprehensive report

Perfect for people seeking a formal report/ documentation.

This option includes a full diagnostic assessment and a comprehensive report outlining the assessment process, how you meet diagnostic criteria, and results from all the assessment tools used, presented in clear language. I also include some brief, individualised recommendations.

What it Includes:

  • A diagnostic Interview (up to 3 hours - with breaks).

  • A feedback session (50 mins)

  • Full diagnostic report

  • Time spent preparing, scoring, interpreting and writing.

Cost: $2500

  • A payment of $2000 is required to secure your assessment appointment (Afterpay available).

  • The remaining $500 is to be paid when booking your feedback appointment.

After you have scheduled your diagnostic appointment I will email you some intake forms and some psychological questionnaires for you to complete. These must all be returned 1-2 weeks before your appointment.

Although I strive to provide thorough reports, my reports by themselves are not sufficient for the NDIS. The NDIS considers additional factors outside my control, including functional capacity.

If your primary goal is NDIS support, another service may be more suitable.

ADHD and Autism Assessment + diagnostic letter

Perfect for people seeking clarity but not requiring formal documentation.

This option provides a formal diagnostic outcome with a 1-2 page summary letter outlining your results and some brief personalised recommendations. It is designed for those who want to understand their neurotype but don’t want a full report.

Includes:

  • Diagnostic Interview (up to 3 hours - with breaks).

  • Time spent preparing, scoring, interpreting and writing.

  • A summary letter which will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your appointment.

Cost: $1,700

  • One time payment of $1,700 when booking your assessment appointment (Afterpay available).

After you have scheduled your diagnostic appointment I will email you some intake forms and some psychological questionnaires for you to complete. These must all be returned 1-2 weeks before your appointment.

Please note: A summary letter is not sufficient for the NDIS. If your primary goal is seeking NDIS support, another service may be more appropriate.

How It Works:

Once you’ve submitted your enquiry we’ll contact you via email to invite you to schedule your diagnostic session.

Assessment appointments are typically booked 1–2 months in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking. This is because the assessment process begins well before your session. Once scheduled, I will send you a range of psychological questionnaires and intake forms and these are a essential part of the diagnostic process.

These forms can take some time to complete, so I recommend setting aside some time to complete them. They must all be returned at least 1–2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment.

Step 1 - Booking Your Appointment

Step 2 - The Diagnostic session

Your diagnostic appointment may run for up to three hours and is generally experienced as a detailed, collaborative discussion. My intention is to foster an environment that feels safe, respectful, and validating, where your lived experience is valued as essential and central.

You bring a deep understanding of your own history, challenges, and strengths, while I contribute clinical expertise in Autism and ADHD.

Together, we will explore areas such as your developmental background, social communication patterns, interests, sensory experiences, executive functioning, and current day-to-day functioning to determine whether your profile aligns with diagnostic criteria for Autism and/or ADHD.

This session, alongside your intake information and assessment data, informs my overall diagnostic formulation.

Step 3 - After Your appointment

If you have chosen the comprehensive assessment option we will meet around 4-6 weeks after your diagnostic assessment for 50 mins feedback session to discuss your results and report in detail and respond to any questions you may have. You will then be emailed your completed report.

If you have chosen the summary letter option, this will be emailed to you 2 weeks after your diagnostic appointment. No follow up session is necessary.
